These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase you make from KREY (“KREY,” “we,” “us”) at kreyhealth.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Products

KREY Daily Coffee Essentials is a dietary supplement made with coffee and contains caffeine. We work to describe our products and show their packaging accurately, but colors and images may vary slightly on your screen. Always read the full label before use.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor before using KREY.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout.

5. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to recurring orders. Your subscription renews automatically, and we will charge your payment method at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, on each delivery interval you selected (for example, every month) until you cancel.

You can pause, skip or cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account or by contacting us at support@kreyhealth.com. Cancellation takes effect for all orders not yet charged. If we change your subscription price, we'll notify you before the change applies to your next order, and you can cancel before then.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help.

8. Promotions and free gifts

Discount codes, free gifts (such as a Welcome Kit) and other promotions are subject to the terms stated with the offer, are available while supplies last, have no cash value and can't be combined unless we say so. We may change or end a promotion at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KREY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
