The science, plainly

Is KREY clinically proven?

No. The finished KREY product hasn't been studied in a clinical trial, and we won't claim it has. Many of the ingredient types in KREY have been researched on their own, but results for one ingredient don't automatically apply to a blend.

Why put so many ingredients in one cup?

Convenience. KREY brings several parts of a daily wellness routine into a habit you already keep. The number isn't the point. What matters is what's in each group and how much, which is why the full panel is on the product page.

Can KREY replace my supplements?

It can simplify your routine, but it isn't designed to replace every supplement or any medication. If you take something for a specific need, keep taking it and talk to your doctor before making changes.

Who should check with a doctor first?

KREY is made with coffee, so it contains caffeine. If you're pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor before using it.
